Our Services
At Tasso Counseling Group, we provide a safe and peaceful environment where you can achieve healing and peace. Our experienced and compassionate therapists offer a range of services, including:
- Individual Therapy: Our therapists work one-on-one with clients to address their unique concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental/emotional/spiritual battles. We use evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), to help you develop coping strategies and overcome the challenges you're facing.
- Couples Therapy: Our therapists help couples build healthy and fulfilling relationships by addressing communication issues, trust problems, and other relationship challenges. We use evidence-based therapies, such as emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and the Gottman method, to strengthen your relationship and help you and your partner grow together.
- Family Therapy: Our therapists work with families to address systemic issues that may be affecting their relationships. We use evidence-based therapies, such as structural family therapy (SFT) and strategic family therapy (SFT), to help families identify key themes and patterns that may be contributing to their problems.
- Group Therapy: Our therapists facilitate group therapy sessions for clients who may benefit from peer support and group dynamics. We offer groups for various concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.
