Who We Are
Our team is led by Tim Robinson, a seasoned therapist with over 20 years of experience in diverse clinical settings. Tim holds certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, The Gottman Method, and is a Trauma-Informed Care provider.
Individual Therapy
- Addressing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma through cognitive processing, exposure and response prevention, and mindfulness techniques.

Couples & Marital Counseling
- Strengthening communication and intimacy through The Gottman Method and conflict resolution strategies.

Distance Counseling
- Accessible and convenient therapy via video conferencing for those unable to travel or residing outside our local area.
Clinical Supervision
