AA Court Services Alcohol & Drug Evaluation

At American Alternative Court Services (AACS Atlanta), we are a diverse team of professionals dedicated to reversing the destruction caused by addiction and substance use disorders. With over 25 years of experience, our mission is to provide compassionate and expert care to individuals and families affected by addiction, while also working to reduce recidivism and promote positive change within the local criminal justice system.

At AACS Atlanta, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support individuals and families dealing with addiction, substance use disorders, and other related issues. Our services include:

• Evaluations and Assessments: We offer a variety of evaluations and assessments, including DUI evaluations, substance abuse assessments, and mental health assessments, all of which are conducted by licensed professionals.
• Counseling and Therapy: We provide a range of counseling and therapy services, including individual and group therapy, to support individuals in their recovery journey.
• Education and Training: We offer various educational programs and training sessions, including anger management classes, DUI classes, and substance abuse education, to help individuals develop healthy coping mechanisms and improve their skills.

Some of our specific services include:

• DUI Evaluation: A court-mandated evaluation that assesses an individual's fitness to drive and makes recommendations for substance abuse treatment.
• Anger Management Evaluation: A comprehensive evaluation that assesses an individual's anger management skills and provides recommendations for improvement.
• Substance Abuse Assessment: A thorough assessment that evaluates an individual's substance use patterns and makes recommendations for treatment.
• SAP Evaluation: A evaluation that assesses an individual's fitness to serve as a Substance Abuse Prevention Program (SAPP) counselor.

Spanish Services

We also offer our services in Spanish, including evaluations, classes, and counseling, to support individuals who may not speak English as their primary language.
