Transforming Lives through Compassionate Care

At Hope & Healing of Northeast Arkansas, we understand that trauma therapy is only a part of the healing process. We believe that every individual has unique strengths and abilities that can help them overcome their mental health struggles and move forward. Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about helping people cultivate an overall sense of well-being and living a fulfilling life.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our services include:

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): A form of therapy that allows the mind to heal from the pain of past experiences. EMDR helps patients identify the barriers blocking their healing and provides relief.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT): A treatment specifically designed for children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. TF-CBT helps patients resolve emotional and behavioral issues stemming from single, complex, or multiple traumas.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): A therapeutic method that helps patients approach their mental health struggles by defining necessary changes, practicing acceptance and mindfulness, and exercising emotion regulation. DBT has proven successful for patients suffering from suicide ideation, borderline personality disorder, self-harm, and substance abuse.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): A "solutions-oriented" method of therapy that focuses on recognizing unhelpful and harmful thoughts and developing strategies to control and move past them. CBT is evidence-based and widely practiced to resolve difficulties stemming from many disorders.

BrainCore Neurofeedback: A natural, drug-free way of training the brain to operate in a more healthy, balanced manner. Neurofeedback retrains the brain to self-regulate and find new pathways of function. It can be used to treat ADHD, PTSD, substance abuse disorders, depression, Autism, and anxiety.
