Our Services
Our practice specializes in grief and loss counseling, individual therapy, groups, and workshops. We understand that grief is not just about coping with the loss of a loved one, but also about managing life's transitions, whether it be a change in career, relationship issues, or personal growth.
Our grief and loss counseling services are designed to help individuals, couples, and families navigate through their loss and find resilience, hope, meaning, and ways to cope and manage when their world has been changed. We believe that all of life involves change, and all change involves elements of loss. Our focus is on helping people discover resilience, hope, meaning, and ways to cope and manage when their world has been changed.
In addition to grief and loss counseling, we also offer individual therapy services. Our therapy sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual, providing a safe and supportive environment to explore personal growth, depression, anxiety, troubled relationships, trauma, and family of origin issues.
We also offer groups and workshops that focus on various topics such as coping with loss, managing change, and personal growth. These sessions provide a supportive community where individuals can share their experiences and learn from others who are going through similar challenges.
