I have a Ph. D. in counseling psychology from Purdue University and have been practicing for over 10 years in various settings, including counseling centers, psychiatric hospitals, and private practices. I have a deep passion for helping people navigate life's challenges and find their unique path to healing and growth.

_Do you accept insurance?_

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not accept insurance directly. However, I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
