Our services extend to individual sessions with children, teens, and adults. Each clinician at LifeStream Counseling INC is trained to work with both children and adults, providing a nurturing and supportive environment as we walk with you toward healing, healthy relationships, and a fuller life. As counselors, we seek to hold the hand of our Creator, the Source of Light, as we join you in working toward fullness of life.

LifeStream Counseling INC was founded in Noblesville in 2010 by Lisa Duhamell MA LMHC. With a desire to bring professionally licensed faith-based counseling to Hamilton County for children, teens, and families, LifeStream Counseling INC has grown to serve the Greenwood area on the Southside of Indianapolis as well. Our team of four clinicians is ready to help you. We pride ourselves on bringing excellence in care through specializing with children and adults.

Our Services

At LifeStream Counseling INC, we offer a variety of services tailored to meet your unique needs. Our compassionate and experienced clinicians specialize in the following areas:

• Children and Adolescents: Our clinicians have extensive experience working with children and adolescents. We utilize various evidence-based approaches, including play therapy, to help young clients navigate life's challenges and develop healthy coping skills.

• Adult Individuals: We offer counseling services for adults facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Our clinicians are trained in various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).

• Couples and Families: Strengthening relationships is at the core of our mission. Our clinicians are skilled in marriage and family therapy, helping couples and families navigate communication challenges, conflict resolution, and relationship enhancement.

In addition to our specialized services, we also offer group therapy sessions. These groups provide a supportive and healing environment for individuals facing similar challenges, such as coping with chronic health conditions, learning to thrive, and growing in self-esteem and confidence.

• Lisa Duhamell MA LMHC: As the Clinical Director, Lisa specializes in working with children and adolescents, bringing over 15 years of professional counseling experience. She has developed a passion for helping those in need of hope, support, and healing.

• Mindy Heller MA LMFT: Mindy joined LifeStream Counseling INC as a Clinician with a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Professional Counseling. She provides a safe space for individuals and couples to explore their stories and find their next steps.

• Hannah Masters LMHCA: Hannah, a passionate and empathetic clinician, utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches and evidence-based practices to help her clients discover the root of their struggles and find healing.

• Kaelyn Schar LMFTA: Kaelyn's approach is grounded in creating a safe space for clients to process pain while fostering a sense of being seen, heard, and loved. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, couples, and individuals who have faced mental health struggles, trauma, abuse, or spiritual hurt.
