She believes that building a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of healing and growth. Through this relationship, individuals, couples, and families can develop new perspectives and practices that can benefit them throughout their lives. Lauren utilizes a variety of techniques, including psycho-education, genograms, role plays, journaling, and communication exercises, to help her clients achieve their goals.

Lauren has a master's degree in Professional Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Akron and a bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy from Baldwin-Wallace College. She is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field of psychotherapy.
