Our Philosophy

Our approach to psychotherapy is guided by the belief that every individual and family possesses inherent strengths that can help them navigate through challenging situations and make meaningful changes. However, many people struggle to identify these strengths or utilize them effectively due to various reasons such as lack of time, overwhelming circumstances, or simply not knowing where to start.

As a result, we aim to collaborate with our clients to identify their unique strengths and develop strategies to leverage these strengths to create positive change. We believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client. Depending on the client's requirements, we may work together for a short period (8 to 12 sessions) or for a longer duration.
