- Collaborative Sessions: We'll work together to set goals, uncover underlying issues, and develop strategies for lasting change.
- Regular Check-ins: We'll regularly assess your progress and adjust our approach as needed.
Telehealth Availability
We understand the convenience and accessibility of telehealth, and offer both video and phone sessions for your comfort.
Transparency and Cost Considerations
We value open communication and financial clarity. Payment options include checks, cash, credit cards, and HSAs. We are not in-network with any insurance providers, but can provide you with a Good Faith Estimate for billing purposes.
