General Feedback
The reviews provide an overview of the services offered by Nicola Ranson, a therapist. The feedback is mixed, with one reviewer having a very positive experience and the other having a negative experience.
Professionalism and Integrity
The 5-star review praises Nicola Ranson's professionalism and integrity, stating that she is a person of high integrity and strives to maintain this in both her personal and professional life. The reviewer also mentions that Nicola continues to accept insurance, which sets her apart from other therapists who have stopped doing so.
Billing Issues
On the other hand, the 2-star review expresses dissatisfaction with the billing department, citing a discrepancy in insurance coverage. The reviewer's wife was told that her Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan was covered, but after three months, they received a bill stating that she was not covered. The billing department eventually reduced the bill, but the reviewer feels that they should have caught the error sooner.
