Poor Staff and Services
The majority of reviewers expressed their dissatisfaction with the staff and services provided by Radiant Health Center. Terrible staff, poor service, and negligence were some of the common complaints. Referral coordinators were criticized for making mistakes and not addressing pressing issues. Some reviewers had to wait for weeks to get an appointment, and even then, they faced issues with scheduling.
Incompetent Staff Members
Specific staff members, such as Referral Coordinators, were mentioned as being incompetent and making mistakes. David, the head of housing, and Raina, the head of transportation, were particularly criticized for being horrible and overpaid. Tammy Nguyen and the front desk receptionist were also mentioned as being unprofessional and incompetent.
Communication Issues
Many reviewers complained about the difficulty in getting in touch with the staff, with phone calls often going unanswered. Scheduling appointments was also a challenge, with long wait times and unclear availability.
