Issues with Providers and Staff
Several reviewers have expressed concerns about the providers and staff at the Counseling Center of West MI-GR Campus. Amy Bukala, a prescriber, has been accused of medically gaslighting patients, misdiagnosing, and neglecting their needs. She has also been prescribing controlled substances recklessly and medications that have caused adverse reactions.
Another reviewer had a negative experience with receptionist Scout, who was aggressive and unhelpful on the phone.
Billing and Administrative Issues
