At Great Oak Counseling, we believe in providing ethical and well-researched care interventions through support groups, individual, couples, and family therapy. Our mission is to provide a light and a place of stability during the storms of life, to be a safe place to grow and flourish. We believe that everyone can be strong, steady, and wise, and our approach is to help our clients find the strength and wisdom that is within themselves so they can discover and embrace who they truly are.

Our Staff

Our licensed staff brings with them unique strengths, knowledge, and experience, as well as a willingness to grow and learn. Our team includes Brenda Romanchik, LCSW, ACSW, CEO, who has dedicated her career to helping people of all ages find the best within themselves. With expertise in trauma, adoption issues, anxiety, depression, and childhood challenges, Brenda has worked with clients of all ages and has even assisted those as young as three and as old as eighty-nine. Her passion is to help people discover their unique qualities and find healing and growth.
