At Integrative Counseling Solutions, we are committed to providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals, schools, and rural communities in Central Iowa. Since our inception in 2008, we have been dedicated to making mental health services more accessible. Our interdisciplinary team consists of Licensed Therapists, Social Workers, a Psychiatrist, and a Psychiatric Nurse, enabling us to offer a holistic approach to mental health treatment. This includes mental health assessments, counseling, referral services, skill development, play therapy, parent-child interaction therapy, sand tray therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management.

Our services cater to a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, anger, abuse, learning disorders, ADD/ADHD, stress management, substance abuse, relationship issues, and work-related problems. We also specialize in providing therapeutic care for children through school-based therapy, acknowledging the challenges faced by families today. This approach allows children to receive treatment at their school site while parents can complete their workday.

We recognize the importance of the entire family system and ensure that parents have a monthly time to meet with our professionals, often outside of working hours. Additionally, we offer workplace-based EAP services and provide confidential therapeutic services to schools and the community.

Is your child struggling with peer relationships, focus, or grades? We can help. Our licensed therapists partner with schools and school counselors to provide therapeutic care for children. This includes services such as counseling, skill development, and parent-child interaction therapy. We understand the demands on families and offer sessions at the school site, making it easier for parents to balance work and family responsibilities.

Workplace Solutions

At Integrative Counseling Solutions, we also offer a full array of workplace-based EAP services. Our goal is to support employees and their families by providing confidential therapeutic services, helping to manage stress, improve communication, and enhance overall well-being.

Substance Abuse Help

We understand the impact of substance abuse and offer services to help individuals overcome addiction. Our team works closely with Central Iowa Psychological Services to provide comprehensive substance use disorder services.
