Education, Training, and Experience
My journey began as a seeker, much like many of you. I struggled with my own healing process and embarked on a path to discover the various avenues of healing, growth, and self-discovery. This journey led me to earn a Master's degree in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University and engage in extensive education and training in the following areas:
1. Hakomi Psychotherapy
2. EMDR
3. Mindfulness meditation and yoga (1200-hour teacher training)
4. Evolutionary astrology
5. Reiki Level 1
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, I am committed to continuing education and professional development through various training programs and workshops.
