At our practice, we believe that every individual has a unique story to tell and a journey to embark upon. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Spiritual Director, I, Joni Zepp, have had the privilege of accompanying clients on this journey for over 25 years. My extensive experience in both mental health and spiritual formation has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities of the human experience.
With my background as an RN, I have worked in various settings, from acute hospital care to public health and psychiatric care. My expertise also includes certification as a Certified Addictions Counselor III and extensive training from Denver Seminary. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from those struggling with addiction to those seeking spiritual guidance.
My approach to counseling is built on the foundation of a safe and supportive environment, where clients feel heard and understood. I believe that the better we know our story, the more we can move into the fullness of who we are becoming. I take great joy in listening to the stories of my clients, and I am committed to creating a space where individuals feel comfortable sharing their struggles and triumphs.
As we work together, we will explore the realm of your true heart. We will address root issues, uncover lies that have held you back, and work towards discovering the truth of who you are. I am grateful to have the privilege of being with clients on their journey towards self-discovery and growth.
What I Offer
As we work together, I want to bring the comfort of being heard and the growth of trust into our sessions. It will be my joy to listen to and hear the story of your journey. One person told me "You have a true listening presence." Another said, "You hear me. You know me in a way other people don't." Very often the road to regaining an awareness of and confidence in our own value begins with the telling and hearing of our story. Truly listening to you will be one of my priorities as we work together.
