Nourish Central DuPage Pastoral Counseling Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate, confidential, and affordable therapeutic care to individuals, couples, and families. Our mission is to offer a safe and inviting space for people to navigate life's challenges and discover their resilience.

Our staff comprises licensed clinical psychologists, post-doctorate therapists, and trained interns who are passionate about supporting mental health. We believe that everyone deserves access to professional care, which is why we offer various tracks to manage the cost of counseling.

Our Services

Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. We offer:

• Individual Counseling: For adults, adolescents, and children as young as three, our therapists provide a safe space to explore personal issues, life decisions, and challenging relationships.

• Couples & Family Therapy: Our therapists specialize in supporting relationships, couples, and marriage. We offer pre-marriage and couple communication workshops, as well as support for blended families, conflict resolution, and grief support.

• Psychological Testing: Our staff conducts assessments for adults, adolescents, and children, providing valuable insights into cognitive, emotional, and behavioral patterns.

• Educational Services: We offer workshops that educate and equip participants with essential life skills, career guidance, and spiritual direction.

Our Board & Affiliate Churches

Our board consists of dedicated individuals who share our passion for mental health and our commitment to serving our community. We are affiliated with various churches in the Wheaton area, which allows us to reach a broader audience and provide services to those who need them most.

Training Opportunities & Events

We offer training opportunities for aspiring therapists and host various events throughout the year to raise awareness about mental health issues. Our recent traveling photography exhibit, "When My Other Normal Isn't Normal, " looked at mental health issues through the lens of photography, featuring the work of Erik Peterson.
