We offer individual counseling services to adults, addressing a range of concerns, including:

• Recovering from abuse (emotional, religious, psychological, sexual, etc.)
• Post-LDS (Mormon) and Evangelical deconstruction and recovery

• Leaving authoritative, demanding, or abusive groups

Professional Fees

We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your concerns and answer any questions you may have about our approach and services. During this call, we'll discuss possible next steps, including scheduling your initial in-person session. Our fees are competitive, and we offer a limited number of sliding scale slots on a space-available basis.

Payment is collected at the time of service in cash, checks, credit, debit, Venmo, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), or Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) cards. As an out-of-network provider, you may have the ability to submit each session for reimbursement with your insurance provider. We'll discuss the details of our fees and payment options during our initial phone call.
