Our Approach
At Changing Patterns Counseling, we believe in the power of the mind-body connection. We understand that knowledge is the language of the mind, and feelings are the language of the body. Our approach is to inspire you to grow your emotional intelligence, enhance the wisdom of your body, and strengthen your body-mind connection. This holistic approach allows you to have mastery over your emotions, set boundaries, communicate with clarity, and ultimately, create a life that you love.
