Empowering Individuals to Overcome Life's Challenges
At East/West Therapy, we believe that all healing and well-being happen in the present moment. Our founder, Tom Rhodes, LMFT, is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and teens deepen in their own inherent presence and wisdom. With 12 years of clinical experience, Tom has developed a unique approach to psychotherapy that combines mindfulness and heart-centered practices with a relational and psychodynamic approach, borrowed from both Eastern spiritual and Western psychological traditions.
Our Approach
Our 4-prong approach to East/West psychotherapy is designed to help individuals and couples explore and liberate themselves from the grip of anxiety, depression, and other presenting issues. By using a combination of mindfulness, heart-centered practices, and relational therapy, we help our clients identify the root causes of their struggles and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
