Our Services

Our counseling services are designed to address a wide range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. We offer various treatment modalities such as EMDR, Mindfulness and Meditation, Reiki, and Creative Arts to ensure that each client receives the most effective support. Our providers are trained in Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Gender Affirming Care, among other approaches, to provide comprehensive care.

Meet Our Providers

Our team consists of experienced counselors who are passionate about their work. Kelly McCall, MSW, LCSW, provides trauma therapy for teens and adults, incorporating various approaches such as EMDR, Mindfulness, and Reiki. Tori Dykstra, LMSW, specializes in working with teenagers and adults, focusing on trauma, emotional awareness, and gender expansiveness. Anna Herman, LMHC, has extensive experience in addressing mental health and substance use disorders, including Personality Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Addiction. Nikkia Spencer, LMSW, offers an accepting and empathetic space for individuals of all ages, with a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ+ related stressors. Nicole Ferguson, PhD, MFT-P, provides counseling for individuals, couples, families, and youth, addressing issues such as life transitions, grief, anxiety, and self-esteem.
