At our practice, we believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate and professional mental health services. Our team, led by Stephany Cutler, LCSW, is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We understand that seeking help can be a daunting task, and we strive to make the process as comfortable and empowering as possible.
Services Offered
We offer individual counseling services for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, divorce, self-esteem, chronic pain/illness, stress, grief, aging/geriatric issues, and LGBTQ concerns. Our expertise also extends to caregiver stress and other mental health issues. We believe that everyone's journey is unique, and we tailor our approach to meet the specific needs of each client.
How Can Therapy Help?
Counseling provides a space to explore what we are thinking and worrying about without judgment or retribution. It can help us better understand ourselves, our choices, and our motivations. A good counselor can facilitate, support, and empower us to reach our mental health goals. Our goal is to empower individuals to create positive change in their lives.
What to Expect from Your First Appointment
During your first appointment, we will take the time to learn more about each other and discuss how therapy might be helpful for you. We will gather more detailed information about you and learn about any current difficulties. We believe it's important to explore difficult feelings, but we do not push clients to talk about things they are not ready to discuss. Instead, we focus on the issues that are most important and distressing at the time. We might also discuss a plan for your next session and provide some homework to help you get started.
