At Chicago Mindful Psychotherapy, we are a group of highly skilled and diversely qualified clinicians who provide individual, couples, and family therapy services. Our Services

Meditation Support

We also offer free to attend drop-in and virtual group meditation sessions, as well as workshops focused on the practices of meditation and mindfulness. Our meditation sessions are designed to help individuals cultivate greater mindfulness and reduce stress and anxiety.
