Positive: There are some positive comments about Melissa's exceptional leadership skills.
Negative: There are several negative comments about the company's inflexible scheduling policy, billing disputes, and poor customer service.

Cancellation Policies and Scheduling Issues

The first review from Kait McEnaney highlights the difficulty of canceling appointments due to unpredictable work schedules. Despite being a healthcare worker with a demanding job, Kait was charged a $80 last-minute fee for canceling an appointment. She felt threatened by the lack of flexibility in the scheduling policy and ultimately decided not to continue therapy with the company.

Exceptional Leadership

On the other hand, Aaron E.'s review praises Melissa, a previous president of the Central Ohio Counseling Association, for her exceptional leadership skills. Aaron recommends Melissa for her passion, communication skills, and tact.

Billing Disputes and Poor Customer Service

Talia Conley's review is a cautionary tale about billing disputes and poor customer service. After changing her insurance, Talia was surprised to receive bills for eight sessions, with each session costing over $100. The billing process was unresponsive, and the customer service representative, Sara, ignored her. Even after speaking with Tracie Keller, the issue was not resolved, with Keller showing no empathy or understanding.
