Our Team
Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapeutic services. Our founder, Dr. K. Heather Koth, is a licensed professional counselor and clinical supervisor specializing in mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She works primarily with adults and adolescents in the treatment of food challenges, body image issues, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, and anxiety and depression.
Camille Brust, a board-certified counselor, specializes in working with adolescents and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. She provides empathetic guidance and support to help clients navigate challenges, build practical communication skills, manage life transitions, and find balance amidst life's rollercoaster.
Alexandra Caldwell, an associate licensed psychotherapist, works with adults dealing with mood and personality disorders in individual and group therapy sessions. She creates a safe space for her clients filled with genuineness, warmth, mutual trust, and acceptance.
Elizabeth Corbett, a licensed psychotherapist, serves individuals and couples in Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida. She is trained in EMDR, Nature-Focused Mindfulness, and Equine Therapy and utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) in her work with couples.
Taylor Dye, a pre-licensed therapist, specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults dealing with anxiety and depression, food and body image concerns, and interpersonal relationship challenges.
