Well Being Psychotherapy offers therapy, coaching, and meditation services to help individuals create a life they love. With services including individual counseling, group therapy, DBT life skills training classes, meditation instruction, guided meditations, and continuing education training for licensed professionals, our goal is to empower individuals to achieve a state of well-being where they can realize their potential, cope with life's stresses, work productively, and make a positive impact in their community. Our services focus on helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, as well as cope with life transitions and relationship issues.
