Positive: Reviewers praised the practice for their kind, caring, and effective therapists, and many would recommend their services.
Negative: Reviewers criticized the practice for poor communication, insensitivity, and rudeness, with one reviewer feeling unwelcome due to their mental health history.

Unprofessional Treatment and Rudeness

Leslie Carreon had a terrible experience with this therapy practice. She claims that the receptionist showed disrespect and insensitivity towards her extensive mental health history. When Leslie asked if the receptionist's comment was due to her past, the response was unclear and made her feel unwelcome.

Excellent Service and Care

On the other hand, several reviewers had positive experiences with the practice. J. L. praised William Smith for his kind and caring demeanor. Kalyn Wilson raved about Briana Farlow, LCSW, calling her "stellar" and "kind, professional, and consistent." Raynard Churchwell and Jacquelyn Hughes also had positive experiences, recommending the practice and their therapists.

Poor Communication and Sensitivity

However, some reviewers were disappointed with the practice's communication and sensitivity. Jiquita Pitts had a negative experience with Brianna, citing a 4-day wait for a response and a lack of sensitivity to clients' needs.
