Empowering Young Men to Become the Best Version of Themselves

About Me

My journey in professional life has been driven by a deep curiosity about the human experience and a passion for helping people overcome adversity. This curiosity led me to pursue two distinct degrees: Occupational Therapy and Clinical Social Work. This unique combination empowers me to address the physical, emotional, and social factors that influence well-being.

I have over 35 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families facing diverse challenges, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities. My clinical skills encompass:

  • Sensory integration therapy
  • Family and couples therapy
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
  • Trauma and rapid resolution therapy
  • Clinical and past-life regression hypnosis
  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
  • Certified Amen Clinic Brain Coach

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and collaborative. I believe in working alongside you to identify the root cause of your challenges and develop personalized solutions. I integrate evidence-based interventions with intuitive guidance and compassionate support.

In addition to traditional therapy, I offer intuitive readings and "heart-centered, psychic mediumship" for those who resonate with these modalities.

Areas of Expertise

My diverse skillset allows me to address a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Addiction and Substance Abuse
  • ADHD/ADD
  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Dementia and Grief/Loss
  • Trauma and PTSD

My Philosophy

I believe in the inherent potential for growth and transformation within each individual. I empower clients to take ownership of their journeys and become active participants in their healing processes. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your concerns, develop coping skills, and achieve lasting positive change.
