Our mission is to provide accessible and affordable counseling services to those in need, regardless of income, religious affiliation, or life situation. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to receive support and guidance to overcome their challenges and improve their mental well-being. Our sliding fee scale, based on income, ensures that our services are accessible to everyone.

Our Approach

We take a collaborative approach to counseling, working closely with our clients to set goals and develop solutions tailored to their unique needs. Our therapists are trained in various approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, integrative psychotherapy, DBT, couple's therapy techniques, family systems therapy, play therapy techniques, and group therapy. We offer a safe, confidential, and comfortable environment where our clients can feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives.

Our E-therapy services provide an additional layer of convenience and flexibility for our clients. Our History

Pennock Center for Counseling was founded by community member Mary "Penny" Pennock and the First Presbyterian Church of Brighton, Colorado. Our center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to serving those most in need of counseling services.
