At our practice, we understand that parenting can be a challenging and overwhelming experience. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a play therapist, I, Cathy Eisenhower, am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for children, adolescents, and adults to explore their emotions, relationships, and experiences. Our practice is committed to helping individuals and families navigate a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, from anxiety and depression to attachment issues and relationship conflicts.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including:

  • Child and Adolescent Therapy: We work with children from infancy to early adulthood, addressing issues such as tantrums, aggression, and separation anxiety.
  • Adult Psychotherapy: We provide individual therapy sessions for adults dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, and relationships conflicts.
  • Circle of Security Parenting Program: This program is designed to provide parents with the skills and support they need to nurture a secure and loving relationship with their child.
  • Play Therapy: Our play therapy sessions are designed to help children express and process their emotions, fostering emotional regulation and healthy coping mechanisms.

Our Approach

At our practice, we believe in a collaborative and empathetic approach to therapy. We recognize that every individual and family is unique, with their own set of challenges and circumstances. As such, we tailor our therapy approach to meet the specific needs of each client. Whether it's addressing intense emotions, building coping skills, or improving relationships, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters growth and healing.
