Our team of experienced professionals, led by Dr. Carey Incledon, PsyD, are dedicated to providing the highest-quality mental health services to each of our clients.

Dr. Carey Incledon is an immensely compassionate clinical psychologist with a specialization in treating issues related to depression, anxiety, traumatic stress, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationships. She is a Certified Gottman Therapist and has advanced training in psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and group therapies. Her therapeutic approach is strength-based, client-centered, and collaborative.

Our services include individual therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, childhood sexual abuse, loss or grief, divorce issues, borderline personality disorder (BPD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and dissociative disorders. We also offer personal growth groups focusing on relaxation, stress management, mindfulness, women's social support, and self-care. Additionally, we provide couples therapy using the Gottman Method and online therapy options.
