At HERO Counseling Center, we are proud to have a diverse and experienced team of therapists who are dedicated to providing the highest level of care and support. Our team members are passionate about empowering individuals and families to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.

Kathy Acosta, our founder and lead therapist, has extensive experience working with survivors of trauma, domestic violence, and sexual abuse. She is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and specializes in trauma-focused therapy.

Claudia Rodriguez, LCSW, is a certified therapist who has worked with children and families for over 15 years. She is passionate about helping individuals and families heal from their experiences and rebuild their lives.

Angela Vilas, LSW, is a licensed social worker who specializes in anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder. She is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for her clients.

Alexandra Waidelich, LAC, is a licensed associate therapist who is passionate about helping individuals find their inner strength and empowerment.
