At the heart of Lakeway Counseling Center is our founder and director, Sallie E. Ingle, MA LPC-S. Sallie is a highly experienced and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, with a warm and caring approach that helps clients feel comfortable and supported as they embark on their journey toward healing and growth. With strong, well-honed skills, Sallie is uniquely equipped to help you and your family create lasting change in your lives.

Our Approach to Counseling

At Lakeway Counseling Center, we believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing within themselves. At Lakeway Counseling Center, we specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a powerfully transformative and evidence-based model of psychotherapy. IFS is based on the understanding that the mind is naturally multiple, and that all of our inner parts contain valuable qualities. Our core Self knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole. In IFS, all parts are welcome, and this welcoming, inclusive approach helps people heal and become more compassionate.

Professional Consultation and Clinical Supervision

Sallie provides professional consultation and clinical supervision services to colleagues interested in case consultation, growing a private practice, establishing and deepening Self Care and more! Sallie is also a trainer for Cedar Barstow's Right Use of Power model of Ethics, and provides team building and ethics trainings for clinicians, non-profit groups, and others.
