Art Therapy
Art therapists are trained in how to safely deal with and contain emotions that may come up through the art-making process. At Western North Carolina Art Therapy and Counseling, we are uniquely trained to look for certain indicators in artwork, including examples of abuse, anxiety, depression, family conflict, etc. We believe that art therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and growth, and we are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their creativity.
