At Mark Henry Counseling, we believe that each individual has a unique thread that guides them on their journey of self-discovery and growth. As a licensed therapist, I, Mark Henry, am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore, trust, and listen to their deep self.

A Journey of Self-Discovery

As a seeker and learner by nature, I have dedicated myself to continued education and training in various therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS or Parts work), sex therapy certification with the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT), End of Life/Existential issues Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy with the PRATI Group, IFS and Ketamine with the Ketamine Training Center, and partnering with Sequoia Center to provide affordable psychedelic assisted therapy services, and studying for certification in Psilocybin facilitation.

Finding Your Own Thread

A series of in-person and online meetups this summer, featuring guest presenters and active learning on areas such as Focusing, IFS, Breathwork, Intro to Human Design, and Somatic Integration. Contact Mark for more information and details.

Group and Individual Therapy

I find that the power of a safe and supportive community enhances and quickens healing. Many of my group members experience a deep sense of belonging and support that is missing in our lives. Currently, I am providing individual services to those who participate in my groups and those seeking Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

Psychedelic Psychotherapy

I assist you in preparing your journey mindset; provide safety and guidance in your journey, and offer follow-up integration of psychedelic journeys. More information on Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is available upon request.
