Overall Experience
The reviews for this counseling service are mixed, with both glowing praise and harsh criticism. Some reviewers had a positive experience, while others felt misled, ignored, or even harmed by the counseling they received.
Positive Reviews
Dr. Michael Byrd is praised for his gentle and non-judgmental approach, which helped a couple overcome their marital difficulties. Susan is also appreciated for her kindness, compassion, and spirituality. Another reviewer, Jeremy Lane, appreciated the counseling service and credited it with helping him gain a new perspective on relationships.
Negative Reviews
On the other hand, several reviewers had a poor experience. Some felt that counselors did not listen to them or understand their concerns. Others were critical of the way counselors handled sessions, describing them as unprofessional, pushy, or even harmful. One reviewer, Stephana Patterson, alleged that a counselor inserted their own opinions into her husband's mind and brainwashed him. Other reviewers were dissatisfied with the lack of response from counselors or the office, and some felt that counselors were more interested in sharing their own stories and opinions than in helping clients.
