Positive: The reviews are overwhelmingly positive, praising the center's atmosphere, staff, and services.
Negative: One reviewer had a negative experience, citing the lack of training and unprofessional behavior of the therapist, Jody Engett.

Overall Experience

The overall experience at Jody Engett's counseling center seems to be a mixed bag. LaAmber Miller has been going to the center for 4 years and has a glowing review, praising the staff and services. Aileen Nelson, James Daugherty Jr, Jennifer Beyer, and Eric Estrada also all give high ratings, citing the calm atmosphere, caring staff, and personalized approach.

Red Flags

However, Willow's review raises some red flags. She takes issue with Jody Engett's lack of training in trauma and claims that she is a coward and lied to get out of helping her children. This causes Willow to strongly advise against going to the center.

Services and Staff

The reviewers generally praise the variety of services offered at the center, as well as the staff's caring and personalized approach. However, Willow's review suggests that this may not always be the case, at least not with Jody Engett.
