Client Satisfaction
Client satisfaction is a mixed bag at Willamette Sky Counseling. On one hand, some clients have had an amazing experience with the organization, praising the professionalism, knowledge, and compassion of the staff. They have appreciated the flexibility in scheduling and the ease of online scheduling and paperwork. On the other hand, some clients have had negative experiences, citing unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and inconvenience.
Professionalism and Communication
Some clients have expressed concerns about the professionalism and communication of certain staff members, such as Tessa and Jenny. These clients have reported feeling ignored, dismissed, and even dropped as clients without notice. In contrast, other clients have praised the professionalism and compassion of staff members like Janine McGraw and Jennifer Tooney.
Ease of Use and Accessibility
The organization's online scheduling and paperwork system has been a mixed blessing. Some clients have found it easy to use and appreciate the convenience, while others have struggled with the process and found it unclear. The accessibility of the system has also been a concern for some clients, particularly those who are not tech-savvy.
Counseling Experience
The counseling experience has been positive for many clients, who have reported feeling heard, understood, and helped by their therapists. They have appreciated the non-judgmental and compassionate approach of the therapists and the flexibility in scheduling. However, some clients have not had a positive experience, citing a lack of communication and unprofessionalism.
