Communication Issues
Several reviewers had disappointing experiences with the communication at Good Therapy. Alli Zanders mentioned that she waited over two months to receive her psychological evaluation results, and the psychologist did not apologize for the delay. Brad De Rama expressed frustration with the billing process, stating that the practice waits a month to bill and then tries to run the full amount on his card without his approval.
Disappointing Experiences
Gerry Fournier's friend had a cancelled appointment without notification, and Jim Waters' family member was left without a therapist due to the company's poor organization. Morgan Irizarry expressed disappointment with the management, citing insurance and billing issues, and feeling financially insecure and disrespected as a patient.
Exceptional Therapists
On the other hand, many reviewers had glowing reviews of their therapists. Nina Thomas praised Heather for being "heaven sent" and helping her greatly. Rosa Orozco highly recommended Michelle Rogers, saying she was exactly who she had been searching for her entire life. Matt Geimer commended Emily for her art therapy skills, and Kevin T. and C. San recommended Christine S. for her help in rekindling their love.
Conclusion
Good Therapy seems to have a mixed bag of experiences, with some reviewers having disappointing encounters and others raving about their therapists. The practice's communication and management issues are a major concern, but it appears that some therapists are truly exceptional and dedicated to helping their clients.
