Positive Experiences

Negative Experience
However, one reviewer, Francine Slobodnik, had a very negative experience with Eunoia Counseling. She scheduled an appointment and waited outside the office for 10 minutes, but the therapist, Donna, did not show up. When Francine contacted Donna, she was told that the appointment was not on Donna's schedule and that there had been a flood at Donna's house. Francine was extremely disappointed and felt that the level of professionalism was lacking. She would not recommend Eunoia Counseling and suggested looking elsewhere for mental health services.
