Transforming Lives | Healing Relationships

Our Mission and History

At the Center for Community Counseling, we have been committed to providing low-cost counseling services to adults with limited incomes in Lane County for over 45 years. Our mission is to transform lives and heal relationships by making therapy accessible and affordable for those who may not otherwise have access to these crucial services. We believe that everyone deserves the sense of peace, security, and stability that good mental health brings.

Services We Offer

We offer a range of services designed to support the mental health and well-being of our community. Our services include:

  • Individual Counseling: One-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist to address a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges.
  • Group Counseling: Supportive and interactive groups focused on specific topics, such as grief, stress management, and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
  • Workshops and Classes: Educational programs and workshops on various topics, including mindfulness, self-care, and relationships.
  • Sliding Scale Fees: We believe that everyone deserves access to mental health services, regardless of their financial situation. We offer a sliding scale fee structure to ensure that our services are affordable for everyone.
