Positive: Diane is praised for her professionalism, compassion, and passion in her work.
Negative: Ben Baker criticizes Diane for being unprofessional, divisive, and self-focused, making her sessions unproductive.

Professional and Compassionate Therapist

Diane is described as one of the best therapists by Tammy Nalley, who has worked with her in two different agencies and as an intern. Tammy praises Diane's professionalism, ethics, and knowledge in the field, but most importantly, her compassionate and passionate approach when working with clients. Diane's ability to show caring and dedication to helping clients achieve success in their lives is highlighted.

Unprofessional and Self-Focused

Ben Baker, on the other hand, had a dismal experience with Diane. He gives her only 1 star, stating that she is not a good counselor. Ben claims that each session lacks a clear objective, and Diane is divisive, focusing more on her own personal life than on the clients' situation. He also mentions that conversations are not guided in a healthy way, making it a one-sided experience.
