We are a psychiatry and psychotherapy practice that has been serving the Austin, Texas community since 2008. Our mission is to provide exceptional, dependable, personalized, and compassionate patient care for individuals aged 15 years and older. We strive to improve the quality of life of our patients and their families by focusing on their individual needs and considering the mind and body as a whole.

Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. We provide psychoeducation about mental health conditions and coping strategies to help patients manage their symptoms. Our philosophy is to provide personalized care, and we work closely with patients and their families in a multidisciplinary approach along with psychotherapists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers involved in the patient's care.

Our Staff

Mariela Fuenmayor, MD is a psychiatrist and psychotherapist with extensive training and experience in psychiatry and psychotherapy. Dr. Fuenmayor graduated as a Surgeon Physician from the Universidad Nacional Experimental Francisco de Miranda in Venezuela and completed her training at the Pharmacology and Clinical Research Program of "Unidad de hipertension arterial at the "Hospital Clinico Universitario" in Caracas. She trained as a psychiatrist at the "Hospital Psiquiatrico Dr. Jesus Mata De Gregorio" in Venezuela and later trained at the Austin Medical Education Program, Department of Psychiatry in the United States. During her training, Dr. Fuenmayor was President of the Residents Association and Chief Resident of the Psychiatric Program and received the "Van Dao Award" by the AMEP Department.
