At Blue Water Counseling and Wellness, PLLC, our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health services, which is why we offer a wide range of therapy services to cater to diverse needs and preferences.

Our Services

We provide a variety of therapy services, including individual psychotherapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Our trained and licensed therapist, Abigail Trnovsky, LICSW, is dedicated to helping individuals overcome life's challenges and achieve personal growth. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, or simply seeking to improve your overall well-being, we are here to support you.

Telehealth Therapy

We understand that accessing mental health services can be challenging, especially for those living in rural areas. That's why we offer telehealth therapy services, making it possible for individuals to receive expert care from the comfort of their own homes. Our telehealth services are just as effective as in-person therapy sessions, and we accept most insurance plans, including Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim (Optum), UnitedHealth Care (Optum), and AllWays Health Partners.

Insurance and Payment

We accept most major insurance plans and offer private pay options for those without insurance or preferring to pay out-of-pocket. Our payment options are convenient and flexible, with cash, check, credit cards, HSA, and FSA payments accepted.

Individual Psychotherapy

In individual psychotherapy, we work together to identify and address current problems, improve positive thinking and behavior, and develop coping strategies for life's obstacles. We'll work together to help you "re-frame" your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to manage stress and anxiety.

EMDR and DBT

We offer two evidence-based therapy modalities: EMDR and DBT. EMDR is a powerful tool for healing from trauma, while DBT helps individuals develop skills to live in the moment, cope with stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships.

Office Hours

Our office hours are Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please note that we do not have weekend or evening hours.
