Sister Heard: A Women's Support Group
At Willow Tree Therapy Center, we recognize the importance of community in promoting mental health and well-being. Sister Heard is a support group for women from diverse backgrounds, facilitated by Dr. Jenna Kiel and Ellen Beaulieu. The group provides a safe space for participants to connect around issues impacting all aspects of wellness - social, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Sister Heard meets on the second Friday of every month and offers a unique opportunity to build connections, share everyday challenges, and find resilience within ourselves and one another.
EMDR and Evidence-Based Therapies
At Willow Tree Therapy Center, we pride ourselves in providing evidence-based therapies, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven to be effective for treating single-incident and complex trauma.
