No artistic experience or talent is required-simply a willingness to explore and engage in the creative process.

Coaching and Group Art Workshops/Retreats: Our experienced coaches and facilitators offer individual coaching sessions and immersive group experiences designed to empower individuals in their personal and professional lives. These offerings combine expressive arts, mindfulness practices, and goal-setting strategies to inspire transformation and growth.

6. Clinical Supervision: Our Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS) provides clinical supervision to LCMHCA candidates seeking licensure in North Carolina.
